Default no value right: check it

    he's 20/15/2 1200 hands.

cold call 11%... pre flop re raise 2%... so i think over pair is played much faster.

i don't even know why i'm posting this.... check behind uber-standard.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    MP ($11.65)

If he's not going to c/r bluff you very often (i.e. he's not Scandinavian) this is a pretty routine value bet for me.

This villain seems to errs on the side of cold-calling rather than 3-betting so I'd put TT and MAYBE JJ in his calling range here.

My 3bet is 4%, and I 3-bet TT+, AQ+, and sometimes some other stuff from habitual stealers in this position, so that's what I'm basing this on.

Aside from that, he's calling PPs & overs. Set is very unlikely given his postflop line.

I think v is most likely holding:
    -TT-JJ
    -two bigger spades
    -A9/K9

Very infrequently will he have a 7, but he will sometimes call a 1/2 pot vbet here on the river with all the above but the missed draw.

    So...what Fnord said.

wow no one thinks a possible FD with a 7??
guys he's just looking to complain about taking coolers/beats

he'll continue to be the type of poker player we all love, the one that isn't any good but thinks he is, and slowly donates to the regulars.

Its unlikely villain has a 7. Its unlikely you have a 7. I think theres some value here, even from bluff catchers.

You cant not value bet just because theres a slim possibility you're crushed. You value bet when you'll get called by more worse hands than better hands.
Just dipping my toes back in.

ok. well good to know i played it right. i value bet $8 and he insta shoved.

it was weird. his check calling had not been that quick. i really thought about calling but ended up folding. based on the way i played the hand i figured he thought i had the over pair... and when he finally got there he thought i might have a hard time folding my AA. cuz i'd play an over pair the same way... $5 on the turn looks pretty strong and my image was 18/14/2.5.

    i think he got there.
