Villain is semitight passive. (30/4 over 100 hands). I know I should've raised prf, but I want to know if I should fold to his turn minraise? The minbet and 3-bet allin on the turn seemed fishy to me, but I based my call on potodds - standard?

in my experience this is almost always a monster,, especially from someone described as passive. some idiots will do it with tp rarely, but i think you should fold turn.
