villain is 68/3/3 over 100 hands. I`ve been ISOing and Cbeting vs him a ton, and i guess he could got fed up with me. i thought i have enough IO (mb even bluff if he checks at any point later) to call a 2x raise here IP. Should i Jam the river?

You have zero showdown value on the flop, just fold.
As played you run good and the rest is standard.

if we were 130bb deep and it was dry board would you still fold to this 2x raise?

+1 and I don't think being 130bb deep would make me change this play.
Edit didn't see you said dry board. But that would make it a different hand entirely based on the flop.

- in this situation I think call is good, but I'm not calling another bet - I would call flop only to see a turn card
- and I wouldn't bluffing turn or river (without very strong read), if he checks to me
