Villain has nittish stats running 13/9 over small sample. I had been stealing his bb relentlessly and since he had the auto act buttons on I had switched to min raising him with any 2. I have been doing this for a couple of orbits.

u have to decide on the turn if u have the best hand or not, if you decide you do, reraise him there and put him to the test (i actually really like just jamming in this spot cuz it tends to get called quite often by naked Ac or like 2pr/tp type hands that think u r trying to semi bluff w/ just the Ac.

if u decide u arent sure or whatever about having the best hand, if u r calling the turn, leading the river is definitely the worst option. if he has u beat he can raise, if he had a set or 2 pr or whatever it is, he can get away from it very easily ... dont see him calling down here w/ a weaker club after u call his turn raise. your street by street play is just incongruent, it appears as if u were slowplaying the nuts on the turn --OR-- you had a hand hoping the board would pair. if either of these were the case, you would check the river 100% since you'd want to let him bluff if u had the nuts, or since the board didn't pair ud check to give up to any bet. playing it the way you did will maximize the amount u lose the times you are behind, and minimize the amount u win the times you are ahead.

I think you should 3-bet this turn. You're the aggressor in this hand and just because you fired a second barrel, I highly doubt he necessarily puts you on a flush here. You can have a very wide range of hands here from his point of view, and any two pairs/sets would still probably be raising this turn to avoid another club peeling.

i think stacking off on turn is sort of a spew, he never has two pair and i think we can expect a set to raise the flop always.

We have third nuts and its only a bit more than 100bb's here. I can't see myself folding this on the turn. Also, from OP it sounds like hero has been bullying villain around a bit, so its possible he could be trying to take a stand.

With the minraise pre its also feasible that any nit in the BB calls with some suited connectors that could give him a lower flush here.

As played, yah b/f is ok if you think he's capable of looking you up light, i've seen ppl make some pretty weird calls in spots like this.

Can I call this river min raise I mean I'm getting 4-1. The question is does he do this with worse 25% of the time?

i agree that youre good a lot, i just dont want to put a third turn bet in and call a shove because i dont think youre a favorite when all-in. he will bet any flush for you on most rivers.

where is the usual chorus of advice advocating min-betting river to allow a min 3-bet followed by a minraise bluff-shove 5-bet on riv???

fk ftr isn't delivering lately

fwiw I hate the river lead but I wouldn't mind 3-betting turn ai
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?
