Not usually. I posted a hand a lot like this the other day. The end result was good but I had like a million outs to dodge.

You could possibly be up against a set or straight here already, or higher two-pair. If somebody is drawing they will have like a million outs to catch up...

Reads help here too. Somebody *could* have AT here but it's doubtful since they didn't raise preflop.

In general, I don't like it. Without a read you are beat too often. In an unraised you probably don't have an overpair to a Ten limping, so he isn't likely to be raising with an overpair.
Now, if your opponent is a LAG and running all over the table, then good hand chap.
