Hi I'll be the interim mod of shnl until nutsinho finds christ. This forum has become a little messy so here's a few bullet points for improvement.
1) Indicate stakes in the god damn thread title. There are a few elitist assholes who don't want to read 50nl hands and some neophytes that aren't interested in high stakes.
2) Don't put more than 2 hands in a thread, and hopefully relate them if you want people to reply. We have an excellent blog forum for you to post your relentlessly neverending chain of hhs.
3) Don't post more than 1 or 2 threads at a time if you want actual discussion to happen. I went over this with mr bspahn.
4) No bad beats, and that also means no posting bad beats disguised as HH's.
5) Please help out with the digest!

prolly not just this.. theres no way ppl can get mad at him for leaving, shit happens.. move on, etc etc.
he was posting tons of valuable info in return for nothing, so we gotta thank him for that and hope that other ppl will be able to replace him one day. No need to lol at him.

Other threads are locked. People need to learn to keep their damn egos in check and mouths shut when a better player schools them. Good luck finding this kind of analysis from people less good than nuts

its totally cool for him to "move on" like gabe, sauce, and others and i def. appreciate all the advice nuts and others have given around here. it was and is incredibly LOL to get so butthurt over a little internet banter though.

It's unlikely that he was that butthurt, or butthurt at all. What is likely is that he decided he wasn't going to stick around much longer, and that was the nail in the coffin. This is super standard, everybody moves on eventually, especially good players, but the point remains that people needed to keep their mouths shut because it's that type of thing which triggers the exodus. It's possible that he felt that he would stick around as long as stuff didn't suck for him
Another problem probably stems from people posting really stupid hands, when they could just keep it to themselves, read the forums more, and learn without having to add to the silliness. But that's also to be expected since people are inherently egotistical and lazy

I suspect wufwugy is right, that was just the excuse. Really, he's probably not gotten any personal benefit for a very long time. Must get wearing after a while when its all giving and no receiving. Something FTR probably needs to look at for its highest achieving posters.
