Ok, I just switched to 6 max to try it out, I do not have PT right now either because my old comp fried so I have no stats on these players. Villain seemed to be pretty standard, tries to steal the blinds a lot. Nothing abnormal about his post flop play all though I did see him make a bad raise on a board that he should not have been raising on.
.5/1 6 max NLHE
Effective stacks 115 dollars.
It is folded to the button who raises it 3 dollars. I call with QJo on the SB, BB also completes. Flop comes AJ2 with the ace and jack diamonds. The flop is checked all the way around and the Q hits on the river completeing my 2 pair but it also is the same suit as the 2 so now there are 2 flush draws out there. I lead out 7 dollars, BB folds, and button raises it up to 22 dollars. I doubt villain checked the flop with a set, all though it could be possible. Only hand that is really beating me is KT, so what is the proper line that I am supposed to take here? Call turn and check-call the river if no scare card drops? Re-evaluate if the scare card drops?
Thoughts and feedback would be great.

Use that. You will have trouble getting replies without a pretty HH here and most forums, though I see you've posted a bunch already.
BTW, I live in SC and have a home game goin if you are down PM me.
I call the bet on turn and check/call river unless villain pushes

This is a very tough spot.
I don't mind a fold right here if you haven't seen villain make any moves (although you say you saw him raise a bad board ealier?...) since his line matches up perfectly with QQ and K10.
Some ppl will also check AAA even on this flop.
Another possible line is calling and checking any river. Fold to a big bet since you only beat a bluff. Obviously, this line isn't awesome since it's so easy to exploit.
Shoving or 3-betting isn't terrible since you've seen this player make a "bad" bluff before. A possible holding would be a suited ace that picked up a flushdraw on the turn. Shoving vs this hand or any other bare flushdraw (which will prob end up being a big combo draw) is fun on the turn.
Sorry I can't be more specific but this is such a marginal spot that all 3 options are viable. I'd say you have to base this a lot on the flow of the game and the capacity of the villain to be making a move. Otherwise, it's just a guessing game.
Btw if villain is stealing all the time I'd prefer 3-betting QJ or folding it preflop.
