I'd bet the flop. Turn is meh. Since there are 2 other ppl in the pot I'd prob c/c since your FE is probably not very high. What kind of made hand do you play this way?

Good question. I don't think I'd play a made hand this way except Qxhh.

Also, I don't bet alot of these flops when I'm the middle man because I'm afraid of being blown off my draw. How do you react to a push if you bet $8?

Obv you fold to a push, but you are not betting this flop based on the strength of your draw. You are betting to take it down right away, and the fact that you have a draw is nice b/c you have outs if called, along with a backdoor NFD and possible overcard(s). (I'd probably check this flop with AK but not A8d)
On the turn, your logic is backwards. You DON'T bet the turn b/c you don't want to be blown off a sweet draw, half of which is fairly hidden (flush draw). Your weird line is very exploitable to a good player, although these guys probably aren't very good.

Lead flop (though a c/c is better if you know that your opps are calling c-bets lightly), c/c turn.

I like a turn bet if you were hu after the flop. It sets up nice river bluffs if the draws miss.
Bet flop.
