Miffed22001 is on a distinguished road
If you watched me play for 3 hrs you would never see me make this play. Im trying to use it more but only heads up do i really find it useful.
Is this thus ok and the way to play and use it?
(p.s i love the all in with Ax)

You mean the check-raise on the flop?

I think anytime you get an Ace or King TPTK with a raised pot that's a reasonable play against a player who will usually continuation bet. Probably a mix of 30% check-raise to 70% probe bets is the close to optimal.

remember, you bet out first preflop and he smooth called you from position. if i flop a nice TPTK like that in EP, i try to determine how the other player is going to play it. if they're agressive, i will just check and let them keep betting (esp. when they have small stack like that). if they're passive, i will bet out instead. the checkraise is a nice option when you are headsup like that against a smooth caller. i like the checkraise here because he minraised you after your check. but i wouldn't necessarily checkraise because i just felt like it. you have to have a reason, and here you had a couple.
In answer to your question... it depends...
