I woul lead the turn here.

I think I would call here. Does anybody call a 3bet with AJ? Not too afraid of AA/KK.

Vi-Zer0Skill is on a distinguished road
raise more preflop, to like $33

c-bet the flop for more. 10-10 will call a $45 bet the same as a $35. We are of his calling range preflop, and the flop significantly improved our equity.

check folding turn against an unknown is reasonable, since weaker pairs are usually checking behind.

your PFR should be around 24-28 IMO so given you raised way too small PF his range is bigger.

easy fold with no reads

I think TJs, JKs, J9s, T9 are also in villains range. But I don't think a J or boat is gonna push the turn, that's a massive overbet. T9s could do it.

I vote call.

I'd raise more preflop. Turn is a fold IMO, I can see a stupid villain doing this with a jack all day.

hero positions his cursor to the call button, covers his eyes, and presses the mouse button. he waits in silence, as the sound of the river card bestows upon him. the rush of blood throughout his body is staggering, and still with his eyes covered, the sound of the chips moving towards the winner chimes in like a church bell in the distance.

still with his eyes covered, the sound of dealing for the next hand has already started. ready to face his fears, he slowly uncovers his eyes and opens them, expecting to see a reload dialog thinking no one would be stupid enough to do that on the turn without trip jacks.

to his surprise, there was no dialog. there was only 2 cards dealt to him, awaiting his action. hero quickly clicks fold, because the cards were crap, and goes to the history to see what the other player had.

77. wtf?!

ummm i pray u called here, I'm betting you're ahead 90% of the time.

Although i do the ole bet turn bet river given the information you did. However, if i knew he was prone to making large protective bets i'd check the turn for sure.
Check out the new blog!!!

i can still see a 4 doing this. bombing AI to look like a scared hand, but in reality its the nuts. whatever the move has beneath it, at 200NL, does it still mean, "i'm maybe good here, but i'm still scared."

maybe that stops somewhere between 25 and 200 levels.
