I think you should re raise the turn (probably a push), and I'm not wild about the slow play on the flop either, especially with two opps in. Also pre flop with limps already I'd make it at least 4 or 5 to go.
On the other hand, it's tough to put him on a club draw when it comes runner runner like that.

Raise a little more pre flop. You are giving way too good a price to the limpers to call for an extra 2$. If 4 people see the flop for 3$, the pot is 12. If two people see the flop for 5$, the pot is 10$. The pot is only a little smaller but your aces have a way better chance of holding up.
Raise the flop, 7$ or so at least. Betting 2.50 into a 12$ pot is garbage, it's giving crap hands that caught mid pair or top pair no kicker too good of a chance to suck out on you. Even a gutshot is getting a decent price here. You have to make people with worse hands pay to stay in the pot with you. This will also tell you if you are behind or not yet.

You slow played a flop that didn't help you with Aces. I just wouldn't risk that - play hard and take it down there.
But yes, a bigger pre-flop bet is in order (6xBB?) too.

only thing i noticed is you were calling bets, not making them, i would have re raised the flop and pushed on the turn to scare out the flush chasers...if they still call good luck to em.
