I'm 4 tabling, trying to get to grips with it properly down at NL$30 (had to withdraw and move down cos of moving house, so I'm gonna use the lower stakes to get used to this finally).

The site i'm playing has a fairly small pool, and i see several regulars every night, decent winning players. Ideally, because the other players are so bad, i'd like to never play them, because although beatable, it would be a total waste of time playing at a table with more than 3 of them. sadly, there's usually 1 or 2 around all the time.

so i was wonderin if you guys have any advice or tactics for play against these guys and if you do anything differently against them.

what kind of stuff am i looking at beyond VPIP, what they're raising etc? or should i just treat them exactly the same as the rest of the table? it just seems obvious to me to play these guys better since i see them every night. playing bigger sites its never been an issue as much, and the few times ive seen people again in the past i have better reads since i was playing 1 table. Any advice?

Why not find a room with more fish?

Mostly, what you want to look for with those players is how do they play hands where a lot of money is going in and also c-betting.

Anyways, all low stakes regs are really beatable, If you have PT go ahead and look their name up. Look at some hands, and transfer the notes.

yeah, i could look elsewhere, but i reckon this is a really fishy site, and since i'm english, i can't really tap the huge fish pools of US night time, so i'm trying to hit the big uk gambling sites with poker rooms. i'm pretty confident the NL100 game here will be a ton easier than most places, the 50 certainly is.

lookin at hands can only get me so far without readin full sessions. i know from playin 1 table properly you see so much more, one guy has bet another off 3 hands previously, next hand he plays back, or one guy has been raisin plenty last few orbits and another guy makes an uncharacteristic reraise, one guy limps a hand he always raises into a maniac etc. there are a ton of things goin on every hand and 4 tabling i'm seein none of it. i cant help but think i'm just supposed to be totally nitty ABC playin 4 tables, and play my real game when i'm on one table.

do you guys really bother lookin at regulars at all? maybe just basic stuff like slowplays, bets sets, bets draws etc?

from the multitabling ive done, i'm amazed some of you guys can beat the game convincingly at high stakes. would that have anythin to do with a smaller pool again, and more attention to regular's habits and therefore more reads?
