I like all except last one. I think you've got it. Let him take a stab with his missed combo draw (prob QdJd a lot here if his tank means anything).

when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

Yeah, that river got me thinking and in the end I was hoping for AT or the nfd.

Nice. Just a couple comments. Hopefully people will explain if I'm off in my thinking.
#1: Is checking better than leading for $25 yourself? Considering he gets a free river to hit a flush, which if he hits you might be tempted to call if the price is right.
#3: I like 1/2 pot river. I think he calls w/ any Ace because he doesn't think his kicker will matter w/ the King on there. If he has AA/KK he'll go way over the top and you can fold. How often do you bet 1/4 pot on the river with the nuts btw?

1) Lead the turn. You scare off so many hands that will call a turn lead by c/r'ing instead of just leading again.
2) Meh, okay I guess, although I usually lead these rivers.
3) Bet 100 on the river. Nobody folds an ace here.
4) Nh, although if you read him for a draw, there's nothing wrong with checking.

Nah, go ahead and bet the last hand. If he's tanking it doesnt necessarily mean he's figuring the pot odds for his draw. The ace is about as good a card as you can hope for. Go ahead and try to get some value. He really looks like he's going to check behind there if you check.

I think more straightforward lines are generally better than fancy plays against unknown opponents.
