Preflop: Hero is Button with 9, 7.
UTG calls $1, 2 folds, Hero raises to $4, 2 folds, UTG calls $3.

Flop: ($9.50) 8, 7, 2 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $6, UTG calls $6.

Turn: ($21.50) 9 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $14, UTG raises to $34

Bet this turn always, sometimes or never?

preflop stats of villain would help here to decide what his limp/call range is.

In general, that would be small PP's, SC's and maybe QJo?

I think this is a draw often enough to call and evaluate on the turn.

I'd pretty much always bet the turn, and it's a pretty easy fold when you get raised. He almost always has you smoked.

He's offering you about 1:3.5 to call. With such a draw heavy board and being in position I'd call.

Villains stack size doesn't help though, as he has only 21 left on the river. That could lead towards folding as he will push river about always, so his turn raise is actually 55$, which is too much to call. With full stacks I'd call.
