Genitruc is an unknown quantity at this point
Ptracker is fked right now so from memory :

300$ eff stacks (nl200)

I limp on button.

1st time in a prob a million hands I limp on the button but table conditions made this best play imo (I had tilted player to my left and he had been opening and 3 betting every hand for 3 consecutive orbits... plan was to call his raise pre and obv flop a str8flush and stack him again).

Flop is

Button (who checked behind) donks 2$ into me (5$ pot).

I raise to 11$.

He makes it 39$.

I...?

He has very tight preflop stats (like 9/5 lol).

I m already vomiting for being in this spot after limping preflop but I don't know much about opp's tendencies postflop since he plays so few hands.

Fwiw if this were 100bb's deep I wouldn't be so interested.

Oh and btw please don't use up your keyboard typing "raise preflop". I have prob raised this hand the past 23718230712803 times I've had it. Just accept the limp and let's try to deal with it!
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

i'm actually calling the flop bet. if you're raising you plan on folding to a 3bet right? well that 3bet came, so fold.

Why would we call the 2$ bet on that kind of flop? Unless we know villain donkbets to induce a raise...

I think raising is essential, but then u gotta fold cuz hes a nit right?

i guess it's just a style of play...i'm not really sure why i do it, but i tend to be passive on the flop with good vulnerable hands, wait for the turn to blank out before i get more aggressive.

I think you should fold. He definitely plays K-J/Q-10 the same way, but may just call your reraise with J-9/K-9. I don't think he plays any flush draw this way, except maybe Kc-10c. Plus he is a nit and could have 9-9/J-J.
