Plus a $5k wsop package and ~2500-ish in rb/bonuses.
I got switched from boomswitch to doomswitch and back again so many times this month that I don't even know which is which anymore. Still, best month this year so far even though I'm struggling with accepting the schwongs at times.

Only played half what I usually do because of LAPT, concerts, personal stuff. +$2k milestone bonus, +$1.5k rakeback, -$1.5k donkaments.

Did not play that much but made a nice profit. Additional rakeback = 1400$.

= +7640$

Moved up to 24 tables so winrate took a bit of a knock but I got way more hands in than expected. Couple of nasty swings but nothing major. All 100nl FR.

I also had my best month ever, first month in almost a year that I played mainly cash.

+600 in FPP satellites, -1500 in donkaments.
Thanks a lot Renton for convincing me that I should give cash games another shot instead of just playing donkaments.

Between online and live probably the first 4kish month for me in a long time.
I moved up to $5/$10 live $500 buy-in (the biggest game in the casino where I play.)
First session was +$1.2k welcome to the game. After bluffing off $300 into a lucky hand, I topped off and got crazy 3-way all-in action with QQ on a QJx board (lol @ AK making that call.) Then I sucked back out on a guy that put in $150 pre-flop with 88 vs QQ $500ish deep. EZ game.
Then work got crazy and working is wayyyy more +EV for me.

i really need to stop sucking ass at poker. anyone want to teach me? this only covers about May 20th-present. i was too lazy to figure out how to transfer my PT2 database, plus it was fucking up all month and only imported about 2/7 of the hands i played. btw my decision making was compromised, to say the least, for the 27 hands of HU.

No its not low stakes for me, I made most of the money at 2000nl. I made about $2,5 per hand, how would that be possible at low stakes? The 1/2 and 2/4 you see in the stats screenshot were limit holdem fullring, notice the insanely loose play, I was just messing around there.

Hate to bring down the thread by posting the first losing graph, but it's only $10NL... My first losing month ever, I guess I'm still re-learning the game! I have a subtle leak that I haven't figured out yet. That will be my goal for this month...

Interesting month… and I am taking an indefinite break from online poker.
April was a good month result-wise (15BB/100) – and May started the same running at 20BB/100 for first 10 days of the month (+$700) at 100NL 6Max.
Negative variance was well overdue and arrived in a series of bad beats and losing the entire $700 in one day. That hurt, but was cool – my play was fine and was due some retribution for running hot.
I decided to grind hard the next day and get some profits back. Easily got $450 of it back in quick time but got greedy and refused to leave a table when I had 450BB+ - and a good aggressive player sat to my left. I felt like he was making plays, pushing me around and could see into my soul (and cards). ‘Screw him’ I thought, I will destroy him and show him what I can do. He took $500 from me. It was awful, greedy, egotistical, tilty play. It affected my other tables too.
This was a shock for me. I had never really experienced severe negative variance, nor bad tilt while losing 7+ buyins twice in 2 days.
In the end – I was only down 2.5 buyins for the short month (4k hands) – but have now stopped playing since then. A couple of weeks later and I still think about those 2 days and the $900 I dropped – I feel a bit more time is needed to purge the bad thoughts and enjoy playing again.
It all sounds a bit wussy when considered in the long term game – but I cannot play well on tilt and would rather wait until I am fresh and the desire returns.
Its also summer, and would rather be outside golfing and working on my business. Its amazing how much extra time I have each week without poker and how much less pressure there is on me in other aspects of life as I can get so much more done. No reading FTR, no watching poker on TV, no reading books etc.
Best of luck to all. I want to post my losing month so I have a record of this interesting month psychologically. I will post again when I play my next hand.
Profits to date >10k - roll >6.5k
