You have got to F this up pretty good to lose this hand. I am so embarrassed to show you how I played this hand that I am just going to ask you how you would play it. Oh F it, I'll post it and endure the criticism.

BB is 29/18/2 and he is somewhat of a slow player. He will cbet, call bet, bet with a set. Or c/c, lead, c/c with a low overpair.
SB is 29/1.5/0.7 and he is loose passive. Will call 3 streets with (TPMK)A9

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Button ($176.95)
SB ($169.45)
BB ($119.45)
UTG ($101.60)
MP ($103.65)
Hero ($120)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 8, A.
2 folds, Hero raises to $4, 1 fold, SB calls $3.50, BB calls $3.

Flop: ($12) 9, J, Q (3 players)
SB bets $3, BB calls $3, Hero calls $3.

Turn: ($21) J (3 players)
SB bets $3, BB calls $3, Hero raises to $6, SB calls $3, BB calls $3.
TERRIBLE CARD FOR ME, BUT I CAN'T IMAGINE NOT RAISING.

River: ($39) A (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $10, SB folds, BB raises to $38, Hero folds.
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.

Wow... yeah you botched this one.

Easy easy raise on the flop. Make it like $18 to go.

You should pretty much commit yourself on the turn.

Value bet bigger on the river. Call.

I'm sorry to say but wow this hand is really bad

Maaaaybe I can see slow playing this flop.. though I agree with massimo that you should raise.

BUT if you do slowplay, why only the min raise on the turn!? I think you still need to get it in on the turn as played, and raise it hard to like $22-25

either make a real bet or fold. What is the point of a min-raise. Bet pot or shove.

Oh, I probably call the river too.

any other line but bet/raise/raise/raise/raise/raise seems bad.
