Opponent is a calling station and hasn't done anything out of line. Default play = fold?

no way you fold, you have 2nd nuts and stacks are only 100bb. maybe fold if you have 300bb, but not here. i insta call with the third nuts too and maybe consider folding lesser hands.

This is a nobrainer call with normal stacks, unless you have a read that tells you that opp will only do this with the nuts.
And I think opp would have bet out with an ace (TP) on the button when checked to on either the flop or turn.

I call very fast here.. he's got the queen or jack-high flush more liekly than the ace-high flush here. I think he would have bet his top pair if he had the ace-high flush.

I can find folds with big hands, for example here opp was Weak Tight. I had been running all over him for over 100 hands, he hadnt come back and certantly hadn't been all in AT ALL. I didn't feel the need to pay off his full house here; after the hand he claimed he had the A high flush but I doubt it, raise, call all in can only mean the FH! Admitadly there were more bigger hands in my example and my 3 helped rule out some options. Sometimes I think instincts are importand and if an opps play doesnt 'feel' right you have to go with that.
I have never played at $200 but sometimes you have to trust your reads, and you only have $8 invested which no-one seems to care about!
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

UTG ($63.20)

Folding a flush to a FH is a lot different from folding 2ndnutflush to the nutflush

I know but just saying sometimes you have to go with reads. Hand just jumped out as hit flush from blinds, wasn't meant to be an exact comparrison.
