OK, so this guy is a maniac and has lost his stack on this and my other table about 5 times over and pushing and showing down very poor hands. Plus he's been on tilt for about two hours. He just lost his stack on my other table seconds before this hand. Sounds like I'm making this up to justify calling but I'm for real. Still fold?

he limped, then called your raise without reraising so I think QQ and AA are not likely. Based on your read I call. If he turns over KJ you still got some outs to the boat on river.

Given the scenario you gave I would call. With such a scary board I would try to get it in on the flop... He gave you the chance to. I would've taken it by popping him back big when he check-raised.
TheXianti: (Triptanes) why are you not a thinking person?

Good read. He did have KJ (no spades) and I didn't fill up. Against anyone else I fold this but after seeing this guy for hours I couldn't resist. Maybe if I took DaNuts line I would have gotten him to fold but I'm not sure if this guy had a fold button.
