History: Villain here was like 50/10/2, so not very aggressive. However, the last three times or so I c-bet him he has raised me, and I've folded since I missed. Good spot to make a stand? The turn bet really felt like he tried to raise me again on the flop and then made some kind of bluff on the turn. Or is he trapping me with some strange stuff/set?

This looks like you are way behind to me.
If you say villain is not aggressive seems weird he'd check raise a 3 way pot on flop without a strangely played overpair or flopped set.
Some ppl go crazy and play overs + fd like this but your read is he's not super aggro... I think it's a fold on the flop.
That being said I'd probably spew as well and smooth call the flop reraise (which is pointless imo... how can you improve? and if you've got the best hand now, he's not folding so just shove... which seems stupid. So I'd just let it go.)

when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

i would think excaclty the same, but remember the last three times (within just two-three orbits) he has raised my c-bet / feeler bet in the exact same manner and then seen me fold every time.

I like it. It's hard to jknow without being there but because of the way he pushes the turn I feel it's a bluff alot of the time.

How much was he raising you before? Is $50 standard for him?
My only concern is that he wants to go big really fast. If this is in line with how he's played a lot of other hands that didn't see showdown, I can see taking a stand here.

I think big fast means "OMFG please fold" in this instance. AA has nicer ways to get it in.
