Against two opps am I raising the turn or calling and taking it to the river?

Starting game 2133071098.

sbedvek is at seat 0 with $12.32.
GandhyLOS is at seat 1 with $11.23.
leandrojoly is at seat 2 with $4.10.
paulifux is at seat 3 with $5.72.
RAMIVILLA is at seat 4 with $2.01.
Cacha-09 is at seat 5 with $7.50.

The dealer is seat 0.

GandhyLOS posts a blind of $.05.
leandrojoly posts a blind of $.10.

(sbedvek is dealt Qh 2h.)

Pre-flop: paulifux calls for $.10, RAMIVILLA folds, Cacha-09 calls for $.10, sbedvek calls for $.10, GandhyLOS folds, leandrojoly checks

The flop comes (4 players - $0.45)
leandrojoly checks, paulifux checks, Cacha-09 checks, sbedvek checks

The turn comes (4 players - $0.45)

I'll try first.

1. Fold pre-flop. I really hate these hands even with position. You are not even drawing to the nut flush.

2. You have hit the flop and you have position, I' d raise 3/4 pot. You are only really worried about 57 at this point., which at this point looks highly unlikely. In fact on this board it looks like no-one has much of anything, so why not take it down here?

3. You hit the turn, nobody is showing any aggression. I'd raise again. Why let hands with 1 pair and a better draw/ 3 of a kind see cheap cards?

I'm not sure if this is correct since I never play these hands even on the button with 2 limpers. To play this from the button you need to use position especially when no-one has shown much interest. Too much like hard work I think.

fold pre. if you must call, bet the flop in position when its checked to you. I raise the turn as played and fire a blank river if checked to.

This was the bit I was really interested in - I knew I'd get it for not folding preflop - the river was another five and I ended up checking it down annoyed that I hadn't raised the turn - hence the question.
