what are peoples thoughts on playing low pp's vs. short stacked playes. i am defining short as less than 35 bb's (basically enough to not give us set odds against a 4x raise). I am defining low pp as 22-77. IMO we should just fold, but I am curious to hear other peoples opinions.

OOP just fold if they raise, in pos i probably call. I raise them from all positions though, at small stakes i really think you should be limping them though.

I fold. I take a pretty conservative approach to pp 77 and worse, and when I call I want both a deep enough stack to pay me off and a read that would make me think I could get most or all of the stack in the middle of table. But I'm fairly new, and I've been burned by being too aggressive without good enough pot odds/implied odds in these situations. Interested to hear what everyone else thinks.

If I do not have enough set odds then I limp or just fold. I think it is better playing an AJ/AQ kind of hand.
