I think I actually like a fold here. Double lead, even after you raised the flop and then the river check/raise.
Flopping quads and boats like its my job

maaan, that's so so so sick, idk what to do there..

I make it like 5.5 on flop and bigger than pot on turn, these donkbets are usually shit that can't fold.

my thinking on bet sizing was that i didnt want to blow him out of the pot since id seen him take similar lines w/ bare gutshots twice. He only donked the flop in those two hands though.

Good point.

Thing is (using strange logic), your bet sizing is bad because you're put to a sick decision on the river getting sick pot odds.. I'm not saying I'd do better or anything but it's a conclusion you can't avoid, which is why I advocated making the river a formality.

Every bet and raise here should be pretty much pot so you can get your stack in. And with an overpair with great odds against an uber-donk you really shouldn't fold the river.

Lol if he has 45.

I like flop and turn play vs this guy on this board.
I usually check behind river vs donks if I think they've been drawing to avoid this, or make a very small bet - one they might call with a weak hand, or one they might bluff raise with missed draw.
As played it just makes the pot to big, on a very connected board with just
1pr hand & I would be pissed if I put 37$ into a 25$ pot once he sucked out.

I agree with this until river, I just check behind. The minbets in these situations at this stakes usually mean im REALLY weak, looking for my magic card, or I have TEH NYUTZZZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

therefore on river i check behind, hes definitely gonna try tricky if you've been betting huge each st. and if he didn't get magic card he foldz.

basically my minbetter philosophy is raise pot until river, then be cautious
