So many times we hear "it depends", "reads on Villian" and "table selection". I want to know what you think about this hand.

Ok, so here's first thought, why am I sitting at a $200NL table?? I'm actually there following this exact villain. previously we were sitting on a $100NL table and this villain was horrendous.

I had decided to just slow down after the Re-raise by villian because of the draw possibility and the fact that this could be anything. The pot was large enough for a 2 pair hand on this board. This was early enough that I hadn't learned enough yet about this villain with the $300 stack. Then I seen it.

Can this be that simple? villain slow plays monsters and over bets and plays crap aggressively? No. I had to be sure. So on this hand I actually called with air. Do you make this call for the information alone, to prove your right.

So i figure, I have my reads, I have my fish picked out and some moron at the tale starts berating her for bluffing me and playing like shit. non stop, LOL'ing at hands, ripping her for playing garbage and she leaves. I found her on the $200NL table and hit the waiting list. In 5 minutes I was sat at the table. I sat at $200NL under rolled and the hand that's at the beginning of this long post happened and to make a long story short

Nice story and glad the read was right. There is nothing more sickening than getting a good read and then when you go for it villan actually has AA.

I suppose there is nothing wrong playing outside BR if you can afford the buy in and are disciplined enough to admit it just didn't work out and step away if it doesn't work out.

What was hilarious was watching someone do the exact opposite of what you are supposed to do to make money.

You could tell whenever he/she had a huge hand they were afraid to bet to lose you all the while never realizing what their image was. She could've stacked you once or twice with big bets that were actually big hands. That's why the fish are fish, they do exactly what is counterproductive to make money.
