a lot of players will just limp from 1st position like that with a huge PP and then hope for a reraise, especially if there is a lot of action at the table. i'd say it appears to be one of those times here. i probably don't like 10s enough there to call.

Yea I had this happen to me against a half stacked player. There was no limp reraise or anything but my tens looked good compared to the board but the calling station (red flag) kept betting it and I paid off his kings pretty quick - but at least my curiosity was satisfied. This guy had AA or KK - you should have flopped a set and busted him instead of whiffing the flop like you did. Other than that it was played fine.
