Decosta plays every hand, is passive, but capable of folding hands, not that it matters too much to this hand.

Keepitmoving is loose, bad, and fairly aggressive. We've never played a big pot together, but im pretty sure he's capable of making spewy plays.

Are you hoping he bets (bluffs) the river, or are you hoping he checks behind?

Raise the flop to get hit HU with the donker -- then check through turn and autocall the river.

I check the turn a lot in this spot but given your reads this seems fine
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

well, then theres a reason for just flatcalling his flopbet - especially if he's passive. I would probably still raise the flop a lot in this spot to charge draws and get value from weaker Qs and get HU with the fish

I like the line. You check the river here to give him a chance to bluff his missed flush draw and he did. He might have a hand like QJ too or something but I can't see myself folding here ever.
