Hey guys i'm pretty new to poker again so this may be a noob question but want to make sure my thought process is sound.

BB is a fish, around 40/10 2% bet 3bet over 100 hands. I have been aggressive but in earlier hands he's taken passive lines against me. he hasn't 3bet me once.

Preflop i called because it's 4 handed. OOP i fold this, maybe i should also IP? Anyways position and pot odds compelled me to call.

Flop and turn i decided to pot control, figuring it's a WA/WB situation. best line?

River is probably an easy fold given it's quite an overbet.

I'd fold, river his range is polarized to bluffs and QQ+ on the river
so against someone who might pull this with crap with air it might be a call, but this is a fish
