No c/f is not ok imo, he has 34 dollars left and I would say you're ahead much more often than you need to be.

If you're getting to the river with only 1/3rd pot left, that means you screwed up the sizing somewhere in the hand.
If he's such a fish, I'd just ship the turn. But I'm definitely shoving this river as played.

river is easy shove, i don't love it but by checking you let him check back some middling pairs that fish will call AI with and the small chance he has JJ/QQ or some random hand like A5 or A10.

Against a fish it's a shove here. you can't C/F given that price, and shove is obviously way better than C/C. Especially as he's a fish, he has (i assume) a wide enough range that your good the X% of time you need to be here.
