I'm never sure about my play with overpairs. It always has to go all-in here right? I know nothing about this villian. He sat a few orbits ago.

Seat 10: JahDub ($136.90 in chips)

wow he's using the donk version of stack-a-donk- c/c, c/minr...
still some think A8/99 is the nuts here, so hard to say if folding the turn is best.

i think i'd check the turn on that dry of a board and no reads, but as played probably do the same as you.

Huh?

Anyone else think checking behind on the turn would have been a better line? I always have a hard time giving credit for a flopped boat or low trips to an unknown.

I don't.
Check behind is fine heads up, but because it's multi-way checking would be way too weak.

even 3way, worst case u give a free card to a 30% shot, and lower pairs are just as likely.
acctually i just thought more and betting is prob about the same value, esp if u fire lots of 2 barells, but gettung c/r like that sucks without reads.
