I think this is AA/QQ that suddenly decided there were too many draws out there:P
I call because only AA beats me.

You think so? I think lots of players will check AA here trying to rep a missed AK, with the intention of raising. So I might check behind a flop like this as well.
I think QQ would probably bet this flop, since there are too many cards they dont wanna see: any diamond, and any A or K.
I'm not sure about this turn call. That is a HUGE bet. I think the best case here is we see AKdiamonds or AKhearts by villain. I can't see QQ or JJ checking this flop personally.
tough spot for sure. If villain is solid and see's you as solid, I personally can't see him wanting to get into a 200bb confrontation with you, without a very strong hand.

I'm not saying I do. I just think that you've induced a bluff from AK.

I think you need to bet on the flop. If he shoves you know *exactly* what he has and can probably fold, although I wouldn't hate a call.
His turn bet screams AA please call me KK/QQ/JJ.
This is one of those "you know he has aces" but "you still have to call" sort of hands.
Just call and spike a K on the river ftw.

yea imo this is a fold. Anything but AA or 10s don't make much sense. I don't see why this is a bluff...ever, and I don't think it's QQ enough to make this +ev
also, regarding those who say you should call because you checked flop, dont' you think that would just induce villain to make a non all-in bet to take down the pot (since according to your logic he thinks our hero in this hand is weak? and thus doesn't need that strong a bet to win the hand)

I mean I checked the flop because I would understand a good opps reasoning in checking there with AA and I pretty much have to c/f if he call my bet.

If he shows weakness on a flop with Td 9d after 4 betting me preflop, I'm sticking it in.
|
|
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

Isn't this the exact reason why AA _would_ check the flop and show weakness, to get KK/QQ to stack off when they otherwise might not?
Especially if villain has AA with the Ad. He probably isn't worried about JQ for the straight draw after the preflop action, nor would he be worried about KQd. AKd would be the only legitimate hand here, but only if villain doesn't have the A of diamonds.

Why do you think T 9 on the flop is relevant when OP's range is almost 100% pocket pairs?

If im villan i check this flop everytime knowing there are barely ever scare cards coming and hero has KK 90% of the time, and i guess QQ 10%.

The way the opponent played this hand isn't good whatever he has.

Yeah I like his flop check but 2/3 pot on turn and 2/3 on river is probably one of the better lines to take.
Easy to say though when we know the other guy has KK.

I snap-call but I'm a pay-off wizard.
I'm guessing your image is spewy-laggy so it makes this hand very difficult to fold esp after flop action.
Don't think a fold is terrible though.
