Is there any way I could get away from this? Villain is 40/20 over 30 hands and is somewhat passive post flop.

Hand 1 is fine.

Hand 2, an 18/12 cold calling and then c/r a dry flop like that is usually a set. This is obviously the case since you are posting the hand, but you shouldn't feel t oo bad about getting it in there. JT and AQ are also possibilities.

Hand #1: Standard.

Hand #2: This looks so much like a set. If villain is not very aggressive or active I actually fold to the huge c/r because he means business. If you do want to play for stacks, however, you're better off calling him down to allow him to continue bluffing rather than reraising and scaring out worse hands.
