villain is 46/30/3.1 over 366 hands.
there was a guy posting and i glanced at the table quick and for some reason just called instead of raising. i dunno if i thought i was on the button cuz the guy posting was to my left. when CO raises i'm sure he is just trying to steal the pot and he's not strong. but maniacs get hands too so i don't want to stack off here.
so here is my standard question... is this just awful?

Bet the flop, or check raise. As played, bet the turn.
After the flop, this is value town. The draws don't come in unless he's got a random 9, and he shouldn't still be around to the river with paying for it. It would be extremely surprising to see AK played this way, and if villain played this way with 9x, you have to pay him off. Besides, you have 4 outs to the boat all the way to the river.
I'm playing this one fast and quick on the flop and turn and maybe fading the river, if there's still chips in my stack.

I'd fold this preflop, but as played bet pot on the flop and fold to any aggression. There's just so many cards later on that you'd hate to see.

Re-raise the turn all-in. You flatted him looking for a good spot, the turn is it.

Yeah this all looks pretty bad to me, sorry. I understand the misclick, but having done this you need to fold out of position with the jack high. Having called, and redeemed our selves by catching bottom two we need to get some money in on this flop. The best way to do that is read dependent. I'm assuming this maniac is auto c-betting every flop, so the check-raise is great, except you forgot the raise part. So much stuff we heavily beat will call us here, and we need to protect our hand. His range is full of kings/draws to better 2pairs and a few 9s. Having forgotten the raise part, it's okay to check the turn if we are sure he's betting again, so the check raise is good there as well, except again you forgot to raise. Crappy river card, we're committed now, would have been better to get it in when we beat his range by a bigger margin.

I don't get why we're all about putting money in on the flop. We can't get it all-in here pretty easy and given that I don't mind sweating a turn and certainly would run this line against a tighter range.
