Was only in the room a few hand before I catch Jacks, I figured villain was on a draw after the flop. Didnt realize he would call my raise with suited garbage. Is this standard?

Button: $20.20
SB: $5.35
BB: $8


Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is CO with J♦ J♥
UTG calls, Hero raises to $0.4, 2 folds, BB calls, UTG folds.

Bet flop+turn harder, 2/3 pot is good. Check behind on the river or bet and fold to a raise.
