Villain seems like a bad reg(table coach). He's on 3 of my tables full stacked, playing pretty weak pasively with what seems to be random fits of aggression in awkward spots. Seems to have a standardish 3betting range. (Nothing too wild or nonexistent to spark my interest)

~4 orbits before this on another table I stacked his "expertly" played flopped top set with a turned straight so I'm pretty sure he's in the "OMG THIS DONK 3BET ME WITH 5 HIGH, FUCK THIS GUY" kind of mindset.

I feel like I make spewier plays the lower I play and I kind of felt uneasy about this one before I did it but decided the turn was the absolute nut barrel card for him and shovel card for me.

Given recent history and the plethoric amount of air in his range, this can't be tooooo bad can it? I'm trying to fine tune my spew when opponents are way too polarised.

are you ever shoving a 6 or KJ here? that answers whether this is good or not. this is just a high variance play for not much benefit.

If you think he's bluffing the flop, just 3bet. If you think he's gonna shove over your 3bet with air a lot, wait til you have a hand and then 3bet.

This is a math question, I can't do math so don't think I can help.

I'd probably never do something like this though. Ever.

If you held AQ/AT or QT here, then it looks a bit more attractive to shove, but w/ Q2 ... dunno, don't like it.

griffey24 is on a distinguished road
This is a board where its very conceivable that you're slow playing quite a few strong hands (J's full, KJ, K's full, 6x, AA). IFFFF I was going to bluff this board, flatting the turn and jamming the river if he checks would still have a lot of realistic hands in our range, and no draws at all, from his perspective.

If you insist on jamming the turn as a bluff, I'd probably only do it the times I actually turned the spade.

I would never do this without having some equity vs his possible decent holdings. I tend not to worry about balance here with my stronger hands and just play vs his range. If there are hands he will snap with it's nice to have a few outs adn he's not folding a K. It's a good card and board to bluff but we have nothing to hope for here. Your betting about $85 to win $55 which makes him having to fold a ton here since there is 0 equity if he calls to help with our EV. Even a 10% chance to hit some miracles vs his call would make this a much better play

This seems pretty spewy to me. So far it seems like at our steaks we can get away with never doing this without some equity in order to be just fine in the long run.

I like it vs a standard TAG. Obv. we'd all love to have some equity, but you can't always let your cards dictate your spots.

Given read & image though I don't care for it. You are just getting called down too light with your history. He has enough overcard CR bluffs on this flop that hold a K that I just don't like it. I am assuming from your read that he 3bets AK maybe some AQs but no other high unpaired cards.
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.

Probably suited broadways as well.

I just hate getting bluffed when the bluffer isn't repping shit against the bluffee and my ego overtakes rational decision making. I really need to quit doing that.
