Can I iso from UTG in this situation? Easy race on the flop, correct? I'm about 50/50.

What do you mean isolate? How do you isolate someone who's not in the pot already? Unless he's like 90% to the flop, how do you know he'll come along? What about other players that come along in position once he calls.
As for the hand, I like the push.
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.

Talking about preflop. Notice the limper. The guy limped before I raised. He just sat down and didn't wait for the bb. My bad, I should have said that in the OP.

That's what I was afraid of. At this level I don't like opening scs from UTG. But, I thought that I could isolate. Is it standard to do this after the limper? Sorry for the noobish question.

I like to limp hands like this in these spots because it's more likely that you'll start a limp train and you'll get to see a cheap flop. I think raising is fine but I'd prefer to have better than sc.

Yeah, now I see. I wouldn't isolate a new player OOP w/ a marginal holding unless you have one hell of a read on him. Since he's new to the table and this is 50NL I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess this isn't the case. I don't know your post flop skills, but I definitely can't play SC's profitably UTG vs an unknown. That's a tough row to hoe.

if ppl ahead are passive i would raise. i wouldn't limp unless ppl pay off post flop too much or something.
