some history i have with villain:
He's been raising a wide range on btn, but folded to my 2 previous 3bets from sb. He raised one time with Q8s and i called with scs, we checked it all the way down and Q high was good. Another time i held KQ and raised pf, he c/c a Q68 2tone board, and checkraised the same amount (from 8 to 20) on a turn T and i folded.
NOw on to the hand: it may be pretty std but it makes me feel really weak. I've noticed lately that i tend to be a LOT more spewy when I am the aggressor than when im facing aggression. I don't know if this is way too weak.

i would've limped pre flop, sometimes bet the flop or c/r but usually c/f.
after the pfr i think it looks good. definitely not weak.
actually since he sounds pretty straightforward i prob woulda bet a bit less on the turn or checked it (prob call maybe fold to a bet)

Why isn't the flop a standard c-bet as played by hero, benny?

c/c the turn and fold to agression on the river

i'd cbet too, i was saying checking the turn prob works as well as betting. or if i had limped then i usually wouldn't bet the flop. but after pfr definitely cbet.
