Here are my stats from the blinds in my last 200,000 hands of 5-max:

SB: 22.81/15.00,
3bet = 6.16,
Steal from SB = 25
BB/100 = (9.36)

BB: 17.41/8.53,
3bet = 6.14,
BB/100 = (8.35)

I obviously shouldn't be losing more from the SB than the BB, so I am doing something wrong there.
How bad are these BB/100 numbers?

Any recommendations on improving my play from the blinds?

Suck less?

What's the stakes?

How loose is the game?

Are you exploiting multi-tablers in the BB who don't defend often enough?
Are you attacking people who will defend the BB too often by buiding big pots out of position?
Do you give post-flop action too often against tight BB defenders or you are correctly check/folding a lot when they bother to do anything but fold?
What's your blind defense like against a button steal? How well are you adapting to different types of button players?

Not sure what program you use, but in HEM I'm able to check things like how well I'm doing when flatting SC in SB or BB, how well I'm doing when 3betting certain hands, which ones seem to be trouble for me and I should just avoid. The leak plugging articles in HEM are pretty good for this IMO. There are obviously tons of factors that may be contributing to it, as fnord has pointed out, but you need to start somewhere.

One thing I definitely know I exploit very well are players who open way way too light OTB and fold too much to 3bets. If I notice someone is stealing like 35%+ and folding to 3bets 80%+, I will auto 3bet them in either blind spot, I think it works very well.

Mostly at $2/$4 5-max

Games are very loose. I table select well and always have at least one really bad player. Sometimes I am the only one at the table with a vpip under 30. However, there is almost always at least one Tagg multi-tabler.

Probably not enough. I am fairly tight from the SB when it's folded to me.

I am definitely not attacking people who over-defend the BB too often.

I might even c/f too often against most opponents? I just give up on a lot of flops like J9xss 875r etc... if I have nothing.

Well I don't think my blind defense is very good at all. I don't call too often. Against aggressive players in late position, I never call with hands worse than ATo/Axs, 77, 87s, KTs/QTs.
I 3-bet only 6% of the time from the blind so I don't know if that's too low or not. Against opponents who call too many 3-bets, I usually 3-bet them for value with AJo+, KJs+, TT+ and some of the time with suited connectors like 76s+,
Against tighter players, I 3-bet a more polarized range. However, I don't think I 3-bet bluff these players often enough to be honest.

Yeah I use HEM too. I will definitely have to look into this stuff more!
