you're raising 77 in the blinds vs a UTG raiser why?

I don't know what this means.
Seriously thought thanks for the responses, I think I was playing bad due to tilt and a hangover. I think this is a call preflop and no set no bet post flop.
I hate min-raises and always mess up trying to deal with them, any advice or am I just being stupid?
One good piece of advice I heard was "He isn't doing it because it's a min raise, he is doing it because it's a raise"
Recently whilst playing on AP ALOT of people have been min-raising preflop and min betting post flop (even in raised pots) which I just don't know how to respond to, most of the time I take it as weakness and raise their ass but sometimes it seems to be a strong hand.
?? Help?

Keep the pots small when you're OOP. I love when some idiot minraises when I have a mid pair and I can play it cheaply for set value.

take notes on who does it with a strong hand and who does it with a weak hand, raise the players who do it with weak hands and call against the players who do it with strong hands with any kind of draw.

this means yes, from the appearance of your hand, you are not too great at 25nl.

When I played NL50 and so I stopped 3-betting most hands except JJ+ and AK cause they pretty much call anything on those levels so if you re-raise for example AJs and you don't hit the flop he will still call you down with mid pair, or low pockets and so, so I simply stopped doing it.
Just stick to the basic ABC-poker and it will go better

On these super loose table it gets really expensive playing low PPs from early position, especially since you'll find lots of short stacks. I'd limp in early position, see if anyone puts in a raise, then decide on whether you have the right price to call depending on stack sizes. Your money at these tables comes from value betting your strong hands against stations who can't lay down middle pair.
