villian is not good

the plan was to push the turn...but when it pair the board i got scared...

Either call or push the flop. This 3-bet gets you in trouble with 150 behind and a 250 pot.

As played, turn check is fine I guess, there isn't a lot of FE and you're behind his calling range.

Push river. If villain sucks he'll call with Tx.

Bingo. Even a 1/3 bet that you know he has to call is better than checking. And nobody is going for a check raise on the turn AND the river so you gotta get some more value from the hand.
