New to the table and no real read on villain. He seemed a quite loose over about 10 hands though. I have since developed one but I need your opinions, as I saw the hand, with no real read.
I believe this is clearly a fold, right? Would you have bet less on river? I wanted a call from this idiot trying to snap off a bluff, but I didn't think he'd push.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Hero ($25)
UTG ($13.55)
MP ($29.40)
Button ($27)
SB ($31.80)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, T.
2 folds, Button calls $0.25, 1 fold, Hero checks.

Flop: ($0.60) K, T, 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $0.5, Hero calls $0.50.

Turn: ($1.60) J (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $1, Hero calls $1.

River: ($3.60) A (2 players)
Hero bets $5, Button raises to $25.25, (He thought for about 7-10 secs before raising)
Hero folds.

Final Pot: $13.60
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.

I think the bet was -ev. Would rather check call the obvious hand. If I had a tie hand in his place, I'd push too.
