i didn't look at the whole thing. after seeing you fold 4-5 Small blinds I see one major hole. Unless the other guy is in perma raise mode then you always have odds to at least complete (maby you shoulden't with the worst 10% of poker hands but definately with everything else). Remember, hand value goes way up heads up. At one point you fold Q8 suited yet push later on QT heads up the hands really arn't that different in power, Q high is Q high and both worth a raise. You can't win HU playing tight

Hand 142 seemed a little weakly played to me. Checking on the flop seems fine, but I would have checked on the turn. The guy seemed to be aggressive so far and would have bet if he had anything on the flop, so I would presume he has nothing when the board paired. Check again and hope he tries to steal the pot.

Other than that, folding preflop is not a wise option, even with the weak hands. When you limped in that one time, the guy tried to steal that pot away from you presuming weakness. Probably a push would have gotten him away from the pot and would have stopped him from doing that again.
