opp is running 24/18/2.7 over 1000 hands
first of all should I have raised more I the turn? secondly call river?
I don't have any written notes on him but I have seen him bluff in weird spots like this.

Raise a bit more on the turn and I would fold the river until now. This does not look like a blocker and you could easily have dimonds.

id fold because i dont think he's turning a good pair into a bluff
