Line check plz - opponent was a 26/24 and not particularly aggressive.
I decided to b/f on both turn and river because I felt that to c/c would allow my opponent to exploit my range too easily.
Also, seeing as my opponent will bet very few worse hands (if any) on the river, do you guys think c/fing TP2K has its merits?

What is his preflop range? Out of that range, which hands is he calling with on the flop/turn? Getting to the river, how many worse hands call?

I think it's fine. He has all sorts of draws and we aren't putting in any more money. You could C/C the river and give him a chance to try and fake a T but if you think he ain"t betting I try to get value witha smallish bet. So long as your folding to a raise, I don"t mind. I wouldn't mind hearing what you think about his range street by street. Like what is calling 2 streets that won"t bet the river when checked too, compared to what might raise the river bet that we are afraid of.
