-villain in this hand is a donk, and so he's not very good
-this post in general is about this kind of river spot where we have a strong hand, the board texture changes and the donk bets super small into us on the river
-I just feel so gross and weak and losing value by flatting these small leads but maybe its correct
-should we be raising these spots or are we value towning ourselves?

Easy flat imo. I just can't see what worse hands call your push here besides maaaybe 98 and that's a push anyway.

A donk won't somehow call with Kx if he got there on the turn or something?

If the river isn't a spade and same action, is this an easy jam then?

I don't think he'll call with Kx on this spade river. Yeah, easy jam if the river's not a spade.

Just noticed your tiny c-bet, sup with that? His turn overbet is weird. I need more info than donk to make a read here.

Very weird line from villain.. I can't make sense of it, which is why I think I call here. If I got a better feel of the guy and think I'm most likely ahead I'll look to raise ofcourse..

HEM hand converter screws up bet sizing, I don't remember exact sizing but its more likely my bet was around 23 or 24 standard.

No real reads on donk though to interpret his turn overbet, but it was definitely an insta overbet.

These spots are so gross. Villian has no idea what he is doing.

without a read, I probably just call this most of the time, but the push-over can't be bad either, as he'll call with worse a large percentage of the time also. My guess is K2o...
Hey knucklehead! Bonk!

raising the turn is a good question too. I figured his range was polarized given bet sizing.. so that being said.. if thats my read.. raising the river is obviously dumbass

Re-raising the river is pretty standard vs these donks. Though I'd personally re-raise the turn.

It's a bit awkward to raise someone who bets over pot though.. in this case do you minraise it then, or shove?..

Yah it should probably just be a shove in that spot. I'd probably either shove, or minraise and let him do something spewy.
