The guy was a fish. Predictable so I'm guessing he paired his jack with AJ or had 86, 8J or something else better then me. Do you fold this or put him all in? He had about $11 left after his turn minraise.

so hard to read loose plrs sometimes.. if I've seen him pull a move here I would call and check/call the river (if he's pulling a move there's no need to bet, he will do it for you). Likewise, if he has a tendency to play weak A hands and my table image has been "pot stealer". OTOH, if he is generally passive on the later streets I would consider folding.

I think stack size has a little to do with it (reverse implied odds)... I'd be more inclined to put this shortstack all-in, whereas against a big stack I'd be more reluctant to see a showdown.

This looks like one of those 50/50 things. The chances that he's trying to push you off a bluff are about equal to the chances he caught a lucky break. I'd probably grumble and call down at this point -- he hasn't got enough $ to break you.
On a sidenote, the <4BB raise strikes me as small when you've got 2 limpers already... looks like you're SB and zach is the CO?
