Villain is a station, and I haven't caught him bluffing yet (usually he just calls me down)
He is fairly tight pre-flop—raises only 5% of the time.
Poker Room skin
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.50/$1
2 players
Converter
Stack sizes:
SB: $265.70
Hero: $138.90
Pre-flop: (2 players) Hero is BB with T T
SB calls, Hero raises to $4, SB calls.
Flop: J 6 3 ($8, 2 players)
Hero bets $6, SB raises to $12, Hero???
And my plan for a non-spade turn?

I think you might even have implied odds to call to hit a T, but otherwise just fold.
He's not bluffing, and if he thought you were he'd probably just call. MAYBE he has AK with A or Ks.

I am usually the first to fold in almost any situation. But is he really never bluffing here? You raised pre-flop, so you're cbetting. He sees the flop is raggy and monotone - if you haven't hit moderately well here, you're in a very tight spot, and if he's any good he should be able to take the pot with air. If he has a pair or a draw, he can optimistically feel that he's in a strong position.

Yeah that's pretty much what happened, and I thought it was played quite badly on my part.
I am completely lost when it comes to HU.
If someone were to write a heads-up strategy guide that would be freaking sweet.

I could be wrong - but the min/raise doesn't seem like a bluff on this board.

Mix it up a bit, pay attention to your opponent. Don't try to steamroll every pot.
I guess that's why I've been playing so much Omaha. Multi-way pots make hands a lot easier to read.
