I have a taggy image, haven't got out of line, running like 20/14 ish. Villain is solid tag as well. Not many hands with him andhe hasn't gotten out of line either.
Is this a +EV bluff if there is such a thing?

Re-visit this assessment.
Why not bump the turn?

btw when ur bluffing a tag reg, you pretty much never wanna take a really unstandard line as ppl tend to call when they r confused imo.

If i shove the turn though i'm pretty sure he calls. He said he folded AK after my river shove, I'm pretty sure i'd play a flush draw exactly how I played above and I think thats what he put me on when he folded. Did AK just make a bad fold?

How can a solid TAG mess up AK so badly here? Maybe your read was off. I would make a BIG note on this guy that weak=weak.
Against known opponents I would raise the turn with almost any two and silently tell him "to play like a man".

Something tells me you weren't Hero in this hand
If it was actually you then you might have had the best hand. Ppl making this donk-lead-call play often have no idea what they're doing.
As played I think the river shove is fine

when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

if he's not going to fold to a turn shove give up. Taking unstandard lines with bluffs can work out at 100nl, but anyone who can read a hand for shit is going to eat you up.
I mean here, yeah if you're going to bluff every club and that's it, then fine, but it's not like he never has a club draw either.
