Depends on your opp. is he a super tight plr who would only raise with the nuts or a loose plr that you've just pushed off a hand? You are worried about AA and 88 here, mostly. Your PFR was a little too big so he may be putting you on QQ or JJ. Next time raise it to between .75 and 1.25.

If my tbl image was loose or I felt my opp tended to overplay or bluff, I would just call here and try to show it down as cheap as I could (not easy to do out of position).

I'd like to have a read. Without a read, another min-raise on the flop is appropriate. If he comes back over you again, easy fold. If he just calls, the rest of the hand is going to be troublesome... i'd be aiming for the cheapest possible showdown.

Bear in mind based on the flop, he could easily be an idiot with a flush draw or KQ. Don't be too quick to let this go.

At these limits i've actually seen people make a raise like that on that flop with middle pair...No one ever believes continuation bets on stars 25NL. If you have a laggy image and raise pre flop and actually connect with the flop, you can sometimes destack somebody who is holding nothing but middle pair bad kicker once in a while, it's ridiculous. with TPTK here i'm probably pushing or raising to the point where it pot commits him and you for the turn/river. I would say 85% of the time you have the best hand here...K8, 88, 22, are all possible but real unlikely if you ask me. AA or KK would usually come in on you pre flop.
