will641 is on a distinguished road
*this has probably been discussed a lot so if there's a link to a good page about it then send it, or if we want to make a new and current discussion that's fine too.

is the best way to stop someone who you feel is floating you a lot just to throw in a c/r every once in a while on the turn? and how do you judge whether the player is noticing how much you cbet? that is to say, if im cbetting 90% of flops on a table and there is a good player, then he is likely to raise us, whereas against a crappy tagg he might not be as aware, someone who is playing only his cards.

If I have enough hands on the guy where I see he has been known to float, I will c/r the flop on him, made hand or not.

c/r the turn is fun too!

What is the going rate on cbet % at 200NL+, Danny? I am sure 90% is too high, but my 50% has got to be too low. What do you see most successful TAGs running? Thx.
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.

Shoot them in the face

Actually, do what ISF said. Continue less, check raise more. If they don't adjust they start spewing.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

50% seems low in general. My memory of my HUD makes me thing 65%-85% is pretty standard. The only reason you'd have that low of a cbet% is if you were using a tricky style which i assume you weren't.

Cbet % can also vary on your tables, the more people seeing a flop genrally means less cbetting. In my experience a good session meant my cbet% is lower than 60, because I sat whith a bunch of fish and got paid.

As far as the floating goes, it depends. Are they floating because they have this read: Will641 gives up on turn after missing flop? Or are they floating a certain type of flop? Or are they floating a certain type of holding(draw/2nd pair)?

Finding the answers to these Q's may lead you to the overall answer your looking for.
