CO is a 40/10 coldcalling idiot. After the flop I know one of them has the flush draw. How much should I bet on the turn?

If you know your opponent has a flush draw, just bet as much as you think they will call, but obv no less than 1/5 of the pot. If the river is any diamond besides the 4 or J, you can fold. If it is the J or 4, you can win a big bet, if not your opponent's stack. If it is any other non diamond, check to induce a bluff.
It is pretty rare that you *know* what your opponent holds, so you have to protect yourself against implied odds if you will want to call the river if a diamond hits. To do that effectively, you'd have to bet at least $92, but in actuality betting less is OK because your opponent can still make his hand and lose a big pot. I'd still bet between 100 and pot here because I think you get called fairly often by an opponent counting 9 outs and figuring implied odds.
So basically, the answer depends on your river action when a third diamond hits. The more often you call the river, the more you should bet on the turn.

agree with everyone obviously.
If the CO is aggro postflop or you feel the SB will push draws if he feels he has FE (Obviously this isn't the case) you could bet something like 75 dollars in hopes that the button will raise thinking it's weak or the SB will push.

CR is sexy
if you bet I'd bet about 80-ish. problem With betting huge here is that when the flush hits you're in a huge pot with a set and will feel compelled to call. Betting smaller makes them make a smaller mistake but lets you off the hook easier when they hit.
And since online poker is rigged, river will obv be a diamond.

Three handed I dont like a CR as much. I think at least $100 here as they'll prlly still call and you want to build the pot a lot.

i agree. But if you have a read one or more of these players been very agg, then check raise is the superior play for obvious reasons.
